Chicken 65



Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg chicken
  •  1 tbsp ginger
  •  1 tbsp garlic
  •  1&1/2 tbsp cumin seed
  •  3 tbsp yogurt
  •  4 tbsp corn flour  
  •  4 green chills
  •  1 tbsp green onion bulb
  •  salt
  •  oil
  •  1 tsp ginger & garlic paste
  •  1 tsp turmeric powder
  •  1 tsp red chilli powder
  •  1 egg
  •  1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  •  1 tsp chilli sauce.
  •  2 tsp Tomato sauce.
  •  1 tsp Soy sauce.
  •  red food color (optional)
  •  1 cup water.
  •  coriender leaves for garnish.


Procedure

1.    Take a bowl. add chicken in it.
2.    Add salt & black pepper powder in it.
3.    Then add ginger & garlic paste.
4.    Now add turmeric powder & red chilli   powder
5.    Then add yogurt and corn flour.
6.    Now add egg.
7.    Mix all the ingredients with chicken.
8.    Let the chicken marinate for 30 minute
9.    Take a frying pan and add oil in to it.
10.  Deep fry chicken on a low flame.
11.  Turn the chicken upside down.
12.  Fry chicken for 5-10 min.
13.  After frying the chicken take a same pan and add cumin seed in it.
14.  After splattering of cumin seed add finely chop ginger and garlic in it.
15.  Add spring onion in it.
16.  Now add sliced green chillies.
17.  Add chilli sauce,tomato sauce and soy sauce and mix it well.
18.  Add red food color.(it is optional)
19.  Now add 1 cup water.
20.  Add salt and red chilli powder to taste.bring it to boil
21.  Now add fried chicken in it.stir well for 5 min.
22.  Garnish it with coriander.
23.  Chicken 65 is ready to serve.
